Look For Spring & Summer A
Tropical Paradise Bouquet of Colors! By Bridget
Winton - Hair & Makeup Expert and Health, Wellness & Beauty Coach
Well spring is here, with summer soon approaching. So, it’s time to take
a look at the upcoming forecast trends in Beauty & Fashion.
Spring
fashions trends are leaning towards the light, comfy and flowing fabrics
with lots of bright, bold tropical colors. Please don’t let these colors
limit your attire for a specific time; you can wear these fabrics and
colors in the work place. You want to keep in mind the type of
occupation you have but don’t be afraid to just incorporate a few pieces
here and there in your wardrobe. Live a little, it’s 2010!
You might
be surprised to hear, that for the Summer trends, the Boy Jackets are
back. You must be saying “What!” That’s right my favorite! Boy Blazers,
oversized jackets in a light weight fabric, with the sleeves and shirt
rolled up mixed in with your favorite denim jean, skirt or shorts. This
effortless ensemble can be accessorized to take you from Chic to
Sophistication, depending on your variation of accessories. You can wear
your favorite Channel bag, long beaded necklaces, and bold belts with a
wide array of shoe styles.
Let’s not
forget about Hair & Makeup. Hair colors can range from White Blonde,
Golden Blonde and Red. Typical colors, but more intense color. Depending
on your skin tone, take it up to the next level for a new and exciting
look. If you’re a natural Brunette, then add some depth, the darker the
better. For those of you with long straight hair, the wavy look is in
and if you like it short, try a spiky, pixie look with longer fringes.
According
to the Mary Kay color forecast the makeup consist of natural pale and
nude faces with a touch of dewy shine. Add a little hue of color on the
cheeks and lips; top it off with a touch of mascara and your ready!
